The Northern Ireland Memorial Fund provides grant assistance for individuals who, as a result of the Troubles, have lost family members, have themselves been injured, or are a registered primary carer of an immediate family member who has an ongoing need for care as a result of a 'Troubles' related physical injury.

The Commission for Victims and Survivors would like to seek the views of victims and survivors and those organisations, both in the public and community/voluntary sector working on their behalf, on how we should develop our programme of work to address the needs and aspirations of victims and survivors.
